Together, we'll work to help you gain the skills and tools necessary to live a more authentic and intentional life. To achieve this, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), all delivered through a trauma-informed lens. This integrated approach allows us to tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals, creating a supportive environment for profound personal growth.

  • A single session is 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available upon request.

  • I offer sessions both in person and remote. I currently have offices in both the Miami, and North Miami area.
